North Chipset living inside a CPU..I wonder how much performance gain will that be

Not very much, especially if there aren't going to be any improvements to the actual logic of the processor (and I haven't heard that there will be).

It will cut power consumption though, which is the main point of the Atom anyhow. The performance, it'll still suck, big time.

Maybe Dual core will give a boost but I wonder if they are going to use the same graphic and chipset

I would guess that the graphics, if that's what you'd call them, will move on-die as well before too long. All of intel's low-end chips are getting on-die graphics, so I would guess the super low-end chips wouldn't be far behind. Especially considering that they could save some power doing so.

I've really never seen intel's dual core Atom in a netbook (with one exception). Maybe with the 32nm shrink they can fit the dual core into the same TDP, or close to it, as the single core chip.

The initial graphics will be from their G4x series chipsets from what I understand. There won't be a refresh until the replacement for pinetrail is released. That being said, pinetrail with the onboard graphics and memory controller should once again reduce power consumption pretty noticeably.
