    Recommend an FTP Server/Client Combo

I travel sometimes and want a way to upload files to my web server on-the-road. I need a simple ftp server/client combo to accomplish this task. It doesn't have to be complex, just easy to use and reliable. It won't be public- just for my own convenience. These can be free or reasonably priced. I will consider all replies, especially from those with personal experience with these programs. Thank you in advance for your help.

Welcome to the homepage of FileZilla, the free FTP solution. Both a client and a server are available. FileZilla is open source software distributed free of charge under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

Which OS is your server using? You shouldn't need anything if its a Server OS.

I use the FTP client that is part of Windows. FTP serving is built into servers.
To automate the process I use a simple input file of commands.
I simply click on a shortcut and the job does its own thing.

Thank you for the replies. I had forgotten all about Filezilla. When getting back into this again, I forgot what a nightmare it is configuring my router to allow FTP comms. So I suppose what I need now is some very simple method of uploading files to my system when I'm on the road. BTW I'm running Abyss on my desktop with Win XP. This is the system I want to upload to. Any really simple ideas for a solution?
