I'm not getting email notifications

I have posted on 3 different forums here and I'm not getting email notifications when someone replies. I went to User CP and Edit Options and it is set to Instant Notification.

Also, I clicked on Subscriptions and it's showing none. How do I subscribe to a thread I started?

Try a Gmail account this time since your Yahoo didn't work and apparently neither does your Hotmail..

Your friend is using a Yahoo account and should try a gmail account too.

I've setup a notification on this thread to test...But I've never had a problem with my Road Runner account through Time Warner.

make sure you dont have this site listed as spam. I use a yahoo account and I get all the emails. Check to make sure you didn't add emails from here to your blocked list either.

Steven, I thought you said I was using one of the bad 4 and I forget what they are now and one of them was AOL. I thought Gmail was one of them also. So I swtiched to hotmail.

I went into my blocked list, but that's for email addresses, not websites, have to put in a @ sign for safe list and blocked list. Can't find a place to add a safe website.

This is happening to me as well. Sharkys is not in spam, or inbox, or as a blocked address. I'm just simply not getting a notification.

I didn't get any emails either... Have reported the issue to the IT department.

Steven, I know that. Just saying that in my hotmail account, when I go to safe lists and blocked lists, there is not place to put in www.sharkyforums.com. I am only allowed to enter email adddresses. Can't even put in a domain.

And still not getting any notifications when others had problems here and now they are getting them. Did IT fix this issue yet?

You can't test with your own post. The system is a bit smarter than that and is pretty certain it knows you know you just posted
