    Merging JPG with Audio

Somone sent me a pic with audio and when I downloaded it to my computer, 2 files were created. One converted to JPEG & the other is WAV audio. I can't use the 2 together.
Is there any way to merge these 2 files back to when they were on my phone? the files are no longer on my phone since it was a while ago but I still have the files that were downloaded.

Create flash animations, then add the picture and the sound and save it as an .exe or .swf file.

    Example - http://www.coffeecup.com/firestarter/

Try a different format other than the old tired WAV file type.

How do I change the WAV file type? What would you suggest?
