    Lol damn paypal is slow...i would have paid the 5$ extra at this point so i could get a head start on TL1

    Can I get in on this as well? I know I am a new user so I would be completely willing to send my paypal first and receive afterwards. If the guy above me and the other 1 post user in this thread all agree to this, then the fourth user who has been on the site a while can buy the pack and distribute after he has been paid by the other three users.

    PayPal transaction time is determined by the amount or risk involved in the transaction. There are a lot of factors that go into that, but the primary factor is the amount of information PayPal has about both parties. The more information you have in your profile (verified, linked credit card, linked bank account, history, etc.) the quicker transactions take place.
