New build, new bsod

So I built the new computer (see sig). All drivers are updated. I get the "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" BSOD 0x0000001A.. So I ran Memtest86 and the Windows Mem Diag tool:

I don't mind buying new memory if I have to but I don't want to buy it just to find out my current memory is OK. I thought I read that it might be a memory timing issue but I haven't tweaked anything yet...

The corsair ram is not on the QVL (Ram tested with that mainboard), you'll need to tweak the Ram settings (no guarantee it'll work), or replace them with Ram that is on the list. I didn't see a bios update that addressed memory issues, So I don't know if a bios update would be beneficial or not.

Id start by reseating the ram firmly. If that doesnt work, go into the bios and set the ram to 1333mhz. It may be running faster than its specced to. If you are still having problems, try only using one stick at a time. If one works fine, then you know one is bad. Also try swapping channels on the motherboard. There are a number of ways to troubleshoot it. I can think of some more, but try those first.

running memtest 86+ right now. Been going for many hours and almost done with 4th pass with no errors. I hear HCI memtest is good. I'll let this run for several more hours before calling it quits.

So I ran memtest86+ from Friday morning till Sunday PM. It finally found errors. Here is the question. Would getting brand new RAM fix the problem? I have no issues with getting new RAM but I don't want to buy new RAM just to find out that it's actually the mobo that's at fault. Anyone know where to go in windows to find out what the errors are? I don't want to run memtest86+ again since it took 3+ days to find the errors.
