Is Via Service Pack the same as Via 4n1 drivers?!!!!

For the amd dudes are those two drivers the same thing or are they different? Do I need both?

I believe that chipsets are very much together with the cpu. No chipset no machine and no driver to power chipset then no machine either. But thanks for the posting that really helped.
