this probably won't help much...
but just something to look into...
the radeon is reknown to have serious compatibilty issues not only with certain MB's but also Win2K.
this may be causing the crash... as benchmarking software could be stressing those incompatabilities... which i'm assuming ONLY happens when you benchmark.
just to broaden your search... and for other members to comment on (and flame)...

All I know is that my friend is running his card on an ABIT board no problem with any driver.
I think the problem is between the cards drivers and my MOBO.
But again I may be wrong.

I have the same mobo in my other computer, but not the same video card in it.
It might by the chipset of the board that is causing problems. The Via MVP3 did not have the best AGP support, so that could be the problem. Where there any drivers for any other video card installed on the computer before the Radeon, because than it might be a driver problem. Win2k, like was said before, does not really work with the Radeon at all.
I think it is the motherboard and Win2k/drivers. You said you are running the latest BIOS version, right? Install the latest Via 4in1 drivers as well, they helped in my other computer.

Yes ,I know about Win2k and Radeon, no other drivers installed, also I found the 4in1 patch to do more harm then good.
