for my machine, is a 6050 a good score? My processor is back to 800 for this score.

Yeah, pretty good for a stock GTS, just wait till its overclocked 
12.60 drivers just got me another 90 points in 3D2k1, but i still think the 7.78's are best for 3D2k.
