The iPhone is 340x480 not 340x240. That's 20 pixels difference from the Storm. If you want to see a REALLY nice screen, check out the HTC Touch HD. 800x480 on a device the size of the Storm/iPhone.

Are you sure about that? I thought they only made 16-32GB cards max right now. Perhaps you mean down the road? I haven't played with the Storm but it does look perty. A couple of my buddies have the iPhone 3G and it looks really nice and the 3G definitely makes everything a breeze on the Internet, so smooth.

I have Sprint, but Sprint has too many restrictions. They do not allow you to modify your phone on your own they want you to pay for everything. But I have a good price and do not want to change.

Nice to see you back, kid A! It has been awhile.
I tried to buy a Nokia N8, but the US introduction was delayed until the end of September.
I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S (AT&T) to replace a Nokia N97 Mini.
So far it is working well. I haven't encountered the infamous GPS issue.

Yes, I know. I'm an iPhone hooker . But all my old phones have gone down the chain. My 3G is in my sisters hands and my 3GS is being used by my girlfriend.
However, due to some screw up at ATT I can actually buy a Samsung Captivate/Galaxy S for the $199 promo price. Very odd considering I just recently bought my iPhone 4 in June. I'm going to look at the Captivate again once the GPS issue is resolved and it has Froyo available for it.

AT&T will sell to anyone for $199. Walmart has them for $99 with a new account. They'll move stuff from your old account to the new one, gratis.

Interesting, I'm on a corporate plan so I can't really do that. Like I said I do like the Captivate but will hold off to see what 2.2 and GPS update brings. I may buy it and eventually sell it if I don't end up liking it.

Why didn't you just restore 4.0.1? I'm on 4.0.1 with a jailbreak and the pdf patch off of Cydia. In all honesty though if I had something like SBSettings in the default UI I would not need to jailbreak.

You can't restore 4.0.1. Apple won't let you downgrade anymore. It checks some sort of signature against the Apple servers and just gives an error. You have to already have a jailbroken phone and do some steps.
