Here is a good comparison between the FOV's. Now how do I change it?

I believe it's under Documents/BFBC2/settings.ini. It should be on the last line.

Foudn it, moved from 55 to 70 didn't notice much difference

I go back and forth on this game.

Waiting for the server browser quickly kills my desire especially since filters are off regardless of if you set them previously.

The random drops from games which means you also don't get as much if any bonus points.

In Beta I was already level 6 or so. I am still level 2 since I can't stay in a game.

You don't have to wait for the thing to load all the servers, just hit cancel after 5 seconds, voila there they are.

Had first crash to desktop tonight anyone else experiencing this?

The problem when I hit cancel is none show the latency.

Yes I have also had several CTDs with no error messages. I have also had a couple times where I launched the game and then it just disappeared.

I don't even bother with the server browser, I hit Play Now and it finds me a server with good ping within seconds.

****ing awesome times tonight with a bunch of you! I took about 50 screenshots throughout the night, all of which can be found at the following link (files are still being uploaded right now, should all be there in about 10 minutes. Click the Full Screen button for maximum awesome). Shots were taken using Fraps set to PNG mode; game is at highest settings with 4xAA and 8xAF, HBAO enabled and FOV set to 75.

Damn I just watched the GS review, this game looks insane. First FPS that makes me want to play the MP portion since COD1. Might have to pick this up even though FF13 is coming out soon. I'm ready to get out of school and get a well paying job...

My luck so far is to get thrown into games with good pings and 4-6 players.

Having never touched the single player, the multiplayer is some of the best I've played. Even if there wasn't any destructible environments I think the game would still stand up pretty well, but the destruction is what puts the game over the top. There's so many insane moments that happen all the time. We played some really awesome games tonight. Especially towards the end where we basically carried our team. So much fun!

edited for TRUTH AND ACCURACY!! And I can say this because we got top squad in two games with me getting top player TWICE *dances jig*

And kamakazie hollering 'where's our cleric?' was a great moment..and I fist pumped at the end of a round. That's quite ridiculous to admit, but yes I gave a fist pump when we won by a **** hair.

But what took the cake tonight, in true battlefield passion, was when squirrel meat AKA Der Schniffles, hollered "i'm in the jeep!" at the exact moment he spawned in the gunner seat and immediately got sniped LOL..so here I am driving around with the ~ sign hanging out of my jeep...haha

If you want to see latency, right click icon and run as admin. That fixes the latency not showing up for a lot of folks.
