I bought duron cpu and HSF combo off of blazingpc on march 13th... i still didnt' get my items yet

He's probably like 14-15, most trolls seem to always be younger. But you could always go up there and tell his parents

What forum were you on when you bought this stuff from Blazingpc ?
Could you post the thread so we know you are not just someone following him to make him look bad ? We know he has a bad history so far, so if you post the thread where you bought this stuff it would put the last nail in his coffin. (just an expression)

You really shouldn't share PM's with the general public. That's why they are called Private messeges. Whether this guy is a troll or not, its still wrong. I don't know if the accused is a troll or not, but troll usually do not show up to defend themselves, and they never refund money. And if he was a troll, it isn't too smart to use the same or similar handle on multiple forums.
