Cool Interesting ideas about games!!!

I have really good imagination so i allways get this ideas about games! If i knew visual basic c++ i would deffinitly starting working on my own game. Yeah ok the grafix wont be so good and there are be plenty of bugs but still it'll be very cool!
Do u know any websites where i can like post the ideas and everything for game developers?
---------------------------------------------
One of my ideas
Game type-Racing/Strategy
Multiplayer only myabe bots
---------------------------------------------
U dont just race there going like stupid around the circle u have some kind of routine like from NY to LA u have to get there faster that your openet.
On your trip u have to stop fill up gas,eat,sleep...and everything
For example if u dont sleep anough u hands will be shaking and u can crash your car.
Cars will have REAL damage so if u run into truck on a highway i think its GAME OVER!
U can stop and change your tires or engine or whatever in the AUTO SHOP!
So u have some amount of cash and u have to spend on your car. U can earn cash by gambling of cause it will take time to stop somewhere and gamble but if u luck than u got cash and u can buy something. One trip can take up to 2 or more weeks its not like jsut a quick game!
---------------------------------------------
If somebody gonna invent this game someday wouldn't u buy it? :-)
---------------------------------------------
P.S. If u think im crazy im not!!!

there's no visual basic c++
just visual basic and visual c++
and visual c++ is not a language only a c++ compiler... and there are many more
