    Unhappy My Computer wont start?!?!

I have an 1.4GHZ athlon AMD with a K7S5A motherboard GeForce 3 one 80 gig HD cd-RW and DVD.

    Here's the problem,

I ordered a computer off of Ebay, when i got it it worked great. one problem though the cooling sucked! a small case with bad ventalation a crappy fan and heatsink on processor, and the power supply is positioned exactly above the the processor, it reached 125 too 145 + degrees. So i got a new case and another fan with a new heatsink and dual fan on it. I switched the motherboard onto the new case but too my dismay it wont start! I need too make positively sure im setting it up right, the one thing im worried about is the wires from the case switches too the mother board(HDD LED, POWER LED, RESET SWITCH, amd power switch.) how and where on the pin set do i plug them in, i plugged them in the way i think there supposed too be but the computer wont start. its set up like this.

power switch, HDD led, and reset switch
is 2 pins •• the Power LED is •••(the middle of the power led has no wire in it.)
where would i stick the switches??? HELP PLEASE?!?!?!?!?!?!

Do the fans and/or drives operate. Have you installed any RAM. Is this a new power supply that came with the case or is it the old one from the 'crappy machine'? One other thought, is the power switch on the back of the case turned on and is the voltage set for 120?

Yes everything worked in the old machine drive, ram, fan the fans are new and should, the old ones did, the power supply is new 300W and that might be the problem, it might be defective. Any help with the pins for the switches and lights in front?

By the way when i flick on the power nothing starts, the main power cable IS connected to the motherboard.
