Thumbs up Whoohoo got my ultras 5.1 yesterday!!!

My ultras finally came in yesterday, boy was I excited. Let me just say these baby KICK ***!!! They made lots of improvement, there is no longer the hissing sound, the volume control no longer skips...it actually increase/decrease by 1, and the sub is much more powerful. I tried some dance/club/techno songs and my room was booming, anything that wasn't nailed down was shaking. LOL. And I haven't even adjusted the base control yet. Bass was very deep and crisp no distortion...even when you crank it up all the way. Put on Jurassic DVD and turned off the lights...it's like being at the movies. Ground shaking when the dinos came...scary stuff. The only thing I've notice so far is that occasionally the adjusting the volume it might make a crackling...very faint. Like I said doesn't happen very often. Overall I would recommend these puppies to anyone that can afford them.

I wasn't lying when I said the Ultra sub was very much like a good HT subwoofer, and had some depth to boot. Welcome to the first true "sub" of MM. Reference designers did wonders on this sound system.
