MGS: Crab Battle - THE CAKE
http://www.flickr.com/photos/7298932@N03/
Me and my girlfriend made this cake for my friend Jon's birthday. Enjoy the pics. The O RLY cake on that site has me posing next to it. EDIT: I guess its worth noting that we were going to make the box bigger but decided 3 boxes of cake mix was enough o_o The box is covered in fondant and painted on with frosting put through a piping bag. The lettering/eyes is done using a stencil and food coloring markers. The crab and exclamation point are entirely fondant (except for the crab's eyes) and held together using really thin wire that I was having trouble working with, but I like the end result so its okay. The knife is aluminum foil.

I demand a mirror that isn't blocked on my web filter?
Can anyone throw it up on imageshack.us or something?

LOL Nice! That definitely took way more effort and more patience with kitchen stuff than I possess.

Cake may be the best for designing, but pie will always reign supreme for taste. I make an AWESOME peanut butter pie.

It depends on whether the cake is and icecream cake or not. Otherwise I agree, Pie wins.
