Post Win ME problems

I *obtained* Windows ME from...somewhere and now i have been having some problems with it. First, none of my picture files are assosiated with paint, photoshop, paintshop etc... They only come up as missing files. Also, I can't run paint at all because I get a missing DLL error. Is there any place in which I can download windows Me DLL's? I would be most appreciative if someone were to help me. THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY.

Did you *obtain* .cab files? You can normally get into them with Winzip 8. Perhaps you can find your dll in there.

YOu can easily fix the assciation thing by changing the setting in Folder Option, Under File Types. Just pick which program you want to open what type of file. As for the dll error, if you have the cabs, search through them and try to locate the file or files needed like Shreck said..
