Angry Intellimouse Explorer

Hmmm. You gave this product a good reveiw. Well, it is great for desktop apps. and is really comfortable, and has a neat glow too it to (oooooo, shiny....). BUT, in any game that requires quick movement, this mouses spazes out. in Unreal Tournament I've been killed by plenty o bot due to to the mouse cursour going all over the place only to return to a position near to that of where it started. Is this just my mouse or what? If it's not is there a fix for it? I await your wisdom.

I can't speak from personal experience, because I'm just to stingy to pay for a new mouse! But I can talk about what I see and that is tons of gamers using those glowy little mice. I went to a lan party this past weekend and about a third of the people there used and swore by them.

From what I heard you just need a good surface and then tweak it until you like it.

I have one, and it has never done what you describe. I praise this optical mouse! I'm never going back one with a ball again! Another thing: Try changing it from the USB to the ps2 or vice versa if you get any trouble.. Also make sure the lens isn't coverd with crap..

No, it's not just your mouse. It's all optical mice, regardless of the surface or brand. It happens when you move the mouse cursor too quickly. To avoid this problem you should increase the sensitivity of your mouse to avoid these quick physical movements.
