Post pIII 800e overclocking newbie

well, i'm an overclocking newbie

I have no idea how to start out or anything. I know i'm getting a p3 800e processor and a fan, probably gonna get a big one . I think its possible to get it from 800 to 1000, right? Can someone just tell me the whole procedure on how to do it? plz be specific

oh, as i don't have the processor or mobo yet, what is a great overclocking mobo to purchase for the pIII 800e?
