capturing pictures from an RCA camcorder and saving them to pc...
hey there, a friend need a video card(PCI) to capture pictures from his RCA Model CC6383 Camcorder. It has video/audio out and ive seen video cards that you can connect the video cable(yellow one) to it, but i need the price prefrebly under $20 USD. Thanks!
