Question 44 Degrees Celcius??

During peek usage of my processor like in games, is a tempurature of 44 degrees celcius too high, also if i plan to over clock my P4 what tempuratures should i shoot for, like whats the hottest you can run a CPU safely?

Those temps look fine to me, especially under load. I would also say under 55C is safe to run your cpu at.

Looks good to me. I run at about 53 full load. My 1400mhz is at 1600mhz though. Without overclock it runs in the thirtys. I have extreme cooling though.
