Dell Tech Support

I've never called Dell, but this article had me laughing out loud. We should get a Sharky Forum patent for "Reinstall Windows and see if that helps".

I can only say WTH!!!!???

I think it's a bit crazy It's not an act of stupidity, becuase Dell wants to earn more money.. but come on, that's way to much, they will also enforce against individuals... sheesh

I am glad I builded my own system like most of us here.

Whenever, I have a problem i will just post it right here and see if anybody knows how to fix it. The forums is way better than tech help, because a lot of the times the tech person did not know what they are doing.

It occurs to me that some of you thought this was real news.
