I do read the forums occasionally.
I have not yet had a chance to generate a screenshot. But now my laptop has 64GB of RAM, so I should be able to download the map files and render them locally.
I can also get you a zipfile of all the mapfiles in a little bit. Sorry for being out of it.

It should finish rendering later today.
Sorry for the delay on this, work has been a combination of hectic and frustrating but slow. Neither of which was giving me time to do this properly.
I am not sure of the final size of the minecraft world render, I'll let you know when I get home today. As for where it will be hosted... Not sure about that either. I'll know more after work today.

So....
This map is massive. Too massive to store on the server in the same location it was in before. Root filesystem of server is 90GB (It's old, OK?) and this map is 75GB after it's rendered.
I've added a secondary drive to the system, and I'm uploading the map to it. However, my upload speeds are very low. It was estimating to take 7-12 hours to upload, and that was before I ran the system out of space.
I'll update again when I have it up there to look at, but be warned: The spare disk I had is a spinning disk. It won't be nearly as fast to browse the map as it was when it was on the SSD.
*Edit: So I have the map ready, but I'm having a bit of drama getting it to display via the webpage. I'll post a new reply when it's fully available for everyone to look at.

Blocked at work so I'll have to check it when I get home. Is the download the full world file?

Thanks James. It's pretty cool going down memory lane. I have actually started playing a lot of Minecraft lately. Its crazy to think a 10 year old game is still getting updates that make you want to go back and start from scratch.

Tiger Shark
Apparently what I remember must be mostly the 2nd-to-last Sharky map.
I just mapped my current (70mb) Bedrock world (there is only 1 bedrock mapping tool I can find, PapyrusCS and it's top-down only) and it's pretty boring looking because apparently my play style is to build things indoors/underground.
Horses are better than they used to be, though, so at least I have a few above-ground roads.

When I was looking for a game filled with adventure, I found that Minecraft is the solution for my gaming needs. I love its blocked concept; I can create anything my dream with mining blocks and use it for anything I like.

It's the generated map from the last world file. I don't remember if I actually included the world in there. (I.e. the folder structure so you could launch it on your own java server at home/in the cloud.)
