Werewolf: The Apocalypse... is it dead?

I know this game was being done by Dreamforge, and published by ASC games. ASC went belly up and I heard another company picked up the game, but I can't find out who. The only info I have is that www.cdmag.com still has it in their "relase date" section.
white wolf's site says the game has been delayed, but gives no specific info.
Any info would be greatly appriciated!
