The avatar shows how you are conceited and think you are God but your throne will be overthrown someday. I even doubt your administration capabilities. You are not even remotely close to Internet.com headquarters or anything. Therefore, you can't do the things Housen was able to do when he was still around. Another fact, you are only 21. Some of your moderators are older than you. I think they are more able to do the job than you, since they are older, and have more experience than you.
