can i do this in startup in IE (related to SF)

is it possible to make the startup page in IE, the way to always appear posts where i made, that way i know if i posted in there it has new messages

this is what i want to do,
do a search (on top of this page) and search for posts made by freedonX and everything just like it is,

as of right now this would be my startup page

if i make new posts in new forums and i go to the startup those posts wont be there

PS: if i confused someone.. tell me

In IE go to "tools" select "internet options", at the top of the window either click on "use current" or enter the address and click "ok" or "apply". Does this help or is the search come back empty after restart?

    Oh, wait, Nevermind.
I see the problem. I think your best bet is to start-up in the search area and just get used to typing freedonX
