Cool Customizing an old Gateway tower

To let you all know..this will be my first post. Anyways ive always liked to mess with computers and stuff...and then my friend finnaly got a new computer and gave me his old one.
    Here are the specs:
    Gateway-
    Pentium 166 mhz
Fax modem, sound, crappy lil graphics card
    floppy drive
(needs a cd rom drive, i put the other one in my other computer:rolleyes: )
and i think a 1.5 gb hard drive
    my plans are to:
    1. Overclock the processor
    2. modify the front of the case (see more at bottom)
    3. light the entire case with christmas lights
    4. install networking card and connect to broadband internet (help me )
    5. anything else you guys suggest i do(im pretty open minded, after all, if i screw this up...im not loosing anything)

as far as modifying the front of the case goes...im going to cut out a rectangle shape out of the front and hinge it, then add a motor so i can open it when the case gets too hot...and close it when its in danger of getting dust and other particles in it. Ill install a push button to adjust how open/closed i want the door to be. also...i might have a flip down fan, for even more SUCKAGE!!
sorry i dont have any pics or anything right now..but ill try to have some soon.

Also, please post replies to my ideas for help and guidance

My Gateway GX450 cost 2,495.00 that was when the Pent. II 450's first came out. I got the Big Tower and it was huge. Wish I still had it. Gave everything to my Nephew except for the Monitor & Keyboard, which was just painted. Have fun cutting that puppy up.

Do something like that modification. You have to put in coins to turn on your pc. You could make a PC Toilet if you utterly don't like the Gateway Case at all:

    HAHA

I work as a tech in a Gateway Country store. We have a ton of those old towers lying around. They are good but the only downside is that they weigh like 50lbs
