    GL Excess

    How come you don't use this great benchmark for the any of the reviews on cpu or video cards?

    I never thought about that. This awesome benchmark should get some more attention.

    Besides, a lot of people compare video cards with 3DMark. I think it would be more accurate to compare using GLExcess than Quake3 as the de facto OpenGL benchmark but then again manufacturers will optimized drivers for GLExcess, but who's to say no one has optimized Quake3?

    Jedi Knight 2 is too CPU limited, Serious Sam 2 is just one game..would be nice to include GLExcess.

    I agree that companies are making drivers for games and benchmarks. People should use this one before it happens. This benchmark is also free to everyone and is only 20megs.
