phpBB forums site...comments?

Ok...following the advice of some of the other people on these boards, here is my first experiment with php.

Nirman Forums

The site's got a few users already (feel free to register and post, if you want to do me a favour or any of it seems interesting). Anyone have any ideas on how to attract more, and develop the content further?

Also, what do you all think of the organisation...the topics, categories, etc?

Of course, other comments on colour schemes, themes, etc, are all welcome.
