    password problems with using the htaccess and htpasswd files

    hi


    i have got the password box to appear using the the htaccess and htpasswd file but when i type the username and the password in it dont let me in, then i do this for 3 goes i think then say come up witha error say:

    Authorization Required
    This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.
