Help Please Virus Rtc Attacked

Hello guys, i've got a problem with my compie, it got virus, if i'm not wrong the name of the virus is RTC virus, the symptom is :

everytime i connect to internet , the virus goes on and there is a pop up window that say : " the system will be shut down within
1 minute because the C: windows something Issass.exe has been terminated unexpectedly by windows NT administrator..."

how to solve it?

For an intermediate thing you can go start run, cmd, type shutdown /a. Aborts the shutdown procedure (you do this when that countdown box pops up). You're gonna have to patch the RTC exploit or reformat.
