    New setup!!!:D:D::

    Just ordered my 12" Dayton, bout to win an onkyo off ebay, and a set of Titans... I cant wait for it to get here. I will have to rearange my room to find space for this monster sub. Sorry for the meaningless post, but as soon as it arrives i will add pictures and it wont be a pointless thread anymore. Freaking impulse buy, i was planning on buying some new cans with this paycheck but couldnt pass up the chance to get some nice nice speakers.

    You're gonna have to tell us how it is (the Dayton). I'm ordering mine in a week and a half, but I can't wait! After that all I need is some Mirage L/C/R's and I'll be a happy camper!

    Take pretty pictures!

    Which 12" Dayton did you get anyway?

    Parts Express has this Dayton on sale currently (as well as the 10" model), and it seems to be a very good deal..but I've never had a chance to audition it.

    Judging by what most people say though, you can't beat a Dayton for price/performance.

    Monday I recieved a pair of ascend acoustics cbm 170's and a cmt 340 center channel....I am powering it with a H/K 335 for the time being but I think I am going to take it back and order a 435 or a refurbed 630...

    All I can say is WOW....I mean the only thing I have had in the realm of home theater is my ultra's. Don't get me wrong they are nice multimedia speaker but these ascends have been astounding me for the past 2 days.....I get home from work and all I do is go from movie to movie, cd to cd listening to things I have never heard before......

    The thing is the ascends only go down to 60hz or so but am afraid if I get to big of a sub my freaking walls will fall down.....Which leads me to the Dayton... B/c it is so cheap and has gotten good reviews from pretty much everyone I may buy it now and then wait until I have a more adequate living area to accomodate maybe an svs pb10 or hsu stf II....

    But I don't know I will probably end up going all out and get the good stuff now.....

    Choices Choices.....

    Man this is fun!!!

    Yea gar thats the one i got....

    Im still unsure on what reciever i want. Id like to spend less than 150, because i figure shipping will cost around 50 to an APO adress... for a total of less than 200. Id like to spend less, but i figure theres nothing quality about the cheaper stuff. I dont know if there is any stores around me with decend recievers i might go check, but i only think they have panasonic and jvc and sony boss.

    Ah that really sux, I remember along time ago when I built one of my first computers and it only came with 1 IDE cable and I didn't have any extra so I couldn't hook up my hard drive and CD-ROM to install windows...I was so mad I had to wait 4 days for one to come in via UPS
