    Exclamation vb.net question

    I'm writing a program in vb .net 2003 in which I'm trying to open an html file contained in the bin directory of my project with a button click event. I've been messing with the shellexecute() windows API but am having no luck. Would anyone happen to know of an easy way to do this?
