    Win7 Home Premium 64 bit OEM or Retail

    Is there any differance between the 2.

    I think it is just the retail packaging. The OEM will come in a cd case with the key.

    Thanks, i got the upgrade version and i am having problems with it., i hope by getting a full version the problems will go away.

    Hmmmm, I'd gotten the Upgrade version of Win7 HP (comes with both 32bit and 64bit version) and installed it after formatting 64bit Vista. No issue whatsoever, went thru the various updates, including DXRuntime......

    I had win xp and had to get a microsoft tech to guide me throught the upgrade.
