Post Websites containing help with C++

Where can I find some good websites that have C++ resources on concepts such as recursion, overloading functions, and other basics of C++?

I'm not sure what program opens a .ps file, but I do know it's a postscript file. Do a search for "postscript reader" or something along the lines.

Here's a couple of websites that have a lot of articles, ranging from beginner to expert: http://www.codeproject.com http://www.codeguru.com

You can use GhostView to read .ps files.
