Ikonboard problem...please help

Installs flawlessly then internal server error, Please help!

I install flawlessly then it tells me to delete the installer.cgi file and then click the link. So I do and I click the link and it gives me a directory full of files so I decide to click on ikonboard.cgi and it gives me an Internal server error. Did I screw up somewhere? The thing wont even load but it installs perfectly. Now if I have to run the installer again what do I do? This sucks. Thanks for any help. heres a link to my site:
