I wondering what the default voltage is on a P4 1.6A
I am trying to OC it to 2.2GHz I am stuck at 2.01
I have no Idea what to set the voltage at because I dont know what the default is.
Thanks!!!!!!

The Pentium 4 Northwood (including the 1.6A) runs at a default 1.5V core voltage.
Hope this helps.
As stated default is 1.5v, try upping it to 1.75v and watch your temps as you increase the fsb it should stay below 55C at full load. Good luck. :)Quote:

If you are stuck at 1.5v and 2.01Ghz then bump of the voltage in the smallest increment you can and this should get you past this sticking point. Unlike many other I do not max the voltage and then start increasing the clockspeed. I increase the clockspeed and only when I need more voltage do I increase it.Quote:
