'Overclockability' of 512MB and 256MB Memory modules

Just wondering how well 512MB memory modules compare to the 256MB ones that we see in most tests. I would really like to know this as I plan to have only 1 memory module in my new system to get the FSB up to 200FSB (400DDR)... but I would like to have 512MB rather than just 256MB

Same thing. Doesn't make a difference if it's a 256MB stick or 512MB stick.

Go with the 512 stick. Its not the amount of RAM that causes a problem with overclocks, its the # of sticks. As in 1 stick of 512MB RAM is easier to overclock than 2 sticks of 256. ;)
