How do I recharge weapons with magic ability?

Or you can use soul gems (with souls trapped in them) to recharge them. They're used just as if you're equipping something or using an item.

I forgot to mention that it doesn't do much good if your Enchant skill is low. Make sure it's high or you'll just be wasting soul gems that you'd be better off selling.
