Can I defrag with RAID?
I just did a clean upgrade of Windows XP and configured my RAID arrays in the process. With all of the installing of new programs, drivers, etc., I'm sure my hard drives are in fragmented pieces. Can I safely run the defrag program and not interrupt/corrupt my RAID array? Thanks for the input.

of course...RAID doesn't affect your defragging...i can't find a reason to why RAID setup would affect the defragging.

Defragging takes fragmented files, and basically puts the pieces next to each other...so yes, you should be able to defrag.
