Thanks.
On a side note, why in the hell did Microcrap disable this resolution? MORONS!
i dont know how to do it but thanks for posting about that because i just bought the same card :D
If you delete your video card drivers I think it'll go into 640x480 but you need your video card drivers. :o Stupid Microsoft!
But without my video card drivers I won't have enough horsepower to run divx or dvd's :(Quote:

i would say check google for a hack for it i am sure its out there.
get "multires" it's from the makers of powerstrip. Right click on its icon in the taskbar and go to "about multires" and uncheck "windows xp style". This opens up selecting below 16-bit and below 800x600. There may be other ways to do it, but this utility is handy in so many ways I fully recommend it.
Hey I tried the multires, but it only allows me to select resolutions for my primary monitor, not secondary (ie, my tv out) :(
But thanks for the suggestion...
Weird, if I set my TV-out to clone the monitor the TV-res changes when I change the monitor res with multires. When I have extended desktop enabled, I get two numbered multires icons in the taskbar(you may need to log off and log back on). One of those will change the TV.
Hey it works now! :D
Thanks for the extra tips Steppy! You're a life saver. I needed to logoff and back on again to enable the 2nd icon :)
man...why would u wanna do that?
Because televisions run 640x480.Quote:
