i dont know why you guys like US robotics so much.....how many of you actually have one? same goes with maxtor HDDs, i get sick when i see the phrase "get a Maxtor fluid bearing harddrive" being thrown around as advise, cause FYI all seagate cuda ATAIVs have "fluid bearings" too
point is, stop recommending something justt because everyone else does, if you actually own a product and would like to voice your adulation for a product then by all means do so, just dont tell other people to buy something just cause its something that is "hot" on the boards

uhh, you forgot the <flame> and </flame> tags dude. i love USR modems because of my personal experience with them. don't have **** to say about the software ones, but the USR modems that are completely hardware based have always treated me nice. not that i can afford one at the present time, but if i could, i probably would.
