Asus V8200 TV In + Nvidia drivers?
Hi. I've had this graphics card for a while now. It has TV in, TV out, 3d glasses.. basically everything I could ever hope for in a graphics card (except that it's a GeForce 3, not 4 :)). The drivers that come with it are crappy Asus drivers (not only do they crash the whole computer after playing Half-Life, but they don't even fully support the 3d glasses that came with the card!) and I don't want to use them. If I use the Nvidia reference drivers, it fixes all of the problems with crashing and it actually lets me play games using my 3d glasses; the only problem is that they don't support the TV-In feature of my graphics card.
this sounds really confusing when I read my message back so I'll just put it this way.
Asus drivers: I can use TV-In. I can't use 3d glasses or play some games.
Nvidia drivers: I cannot use TV-In. I can use 3d glasses and play all games.
So how can I use the TV-In of my graphics card using Nvidia drivers? The drivers don't even detect the TV In so I can't use Twain or other capture stuff. . . Is there any program that can harness the power of TV-In of my graphics card?
any help / insight would be greately appreciated.
