Never even heard of something liek that but if ya find out be sure to let us know.
Found it! It's called Game Commander 2. You set up a profile and the program binds your voice to a key command in the game. The trial version only allows the first five weapons in q3 though. You have to pay for the full version. It's pretty awesome to be able to say "Rocket Launcher" and then the gun pops up! Nice!
