Need help benchmarking question for three game

Hi can anybody tell me how to run Benchmarks on my video card with the following three games ?

Star Wars Jedi Knight, Jedi Outcast II
AquaNox
Camanche 4

And Do I need the fullversions of these Games or will the demos sufice?

I don't think it was meant to be hostile. Those two forums would provide better responses than here. This is more for questions about the forum itself so would offer little useful information.
