166fsb is debatable. 1.6a's average at around 150-157fsb. Higher is just unusual or a high OC. I've yet to see a 2.4a or 2.5b get 166fsb, also.
I was just stating that it is possible, and I was also talking about 166FSB for the mem. (aparently there is a new bios that allows you to use new dividers at higher bus speeds too)
