Front I/O Panel

I want to build an I/O panel for the 4th 5.25" slot on my Lian-Li case, like this one:

But I want it to be a bit more custom. I'm assuming all I need to do is cut holes in the existing faceplate, mount the headers on it, and run the cables to the back of the case/sound card headers. My question is, where can I buy the naked headers so I can mount them on the faceplate? I need USB ports, Firewire ports, PS/2 ports, Sound ports, Game ports, and if possible I might like to put in an LCD too (that would probably be a lot more work though).

You may be better off looking at FrontX stuff. Their I/O port product is the best I've seen in quality and I/O choice / customization..
