Can someone explain this:http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...tby=14&order=1
Heh, your right. Not only is there a $14 price difference, you also have to pay shipping of $6 for the ti200, when the ti4200 gets free shipping!
Probably has something to do with being discontinued. :)
That's insane.
well put, why would i pay (if i were going to buy one) alot more for a card that is older and slower?Quote:

Not uncommon. Remember that the original GF3 was much more expensive than the TI 500 for quite some time
lookin to cash in on the newbies... oh well
maybe not that, that is prolly as cheap as newegg can sell without losing money on the thing. After a while the value depreciates below the cost and then it sucks for the vendor, some cases you have to cut you losses somehow, i am sure one day they will sell them all to someone who goes, "all i need is a ti200" and then they buy that before looking around, happens all the time i am sure :)Quote:

It has nothing to do with the Ti200 being discontinued, or at least not only. You guys need to learn to READ those black markings on your computerscreens :)
The Ti200 is OEM, the 4200 is retail (comes with 2 games and other junk).
lol thats nothing my local pc store is tryin to sell a leadtek geforce 2 gts 32mb for 150$ when there sellin the 4200 for 170$ (this was a months ageo)
