URGENT: Got new heatsink and now CPU jacked
OK, so here is my problem. I got a new heatsink (Thermalright SK-7) and decided to install it today. So I used nail polish remover and tried to get as much AS3 off as possible. I think I ended up smearing it a little and might have gotten some around a few of the bridges. I tried to get as much out and then put the heatsink on and tried to start my computer.
Now when I start my computer, the fan on the heatsink turns on and stays on for like 5 seconds, and then the whole computer shuts off. I don't know what's up, but if it is AS3 on some of the bridges, what should I use to clean it out?

I use lighter fluid, followed by nail polish remover, followed by alcohol on the XP Procs. Get's them spanking clean ;)
