KT400A to be Dual Channel.
Anandtech has a very brief few words up saying that Via's kt400A chipset will be a dual channel solution a la NFORCE2. Apparently these boards will begin to appear in the new year. Just wondered if anybody had any other information on this. Like do you thik the VIA solution will be any better than the NVIDIA solution?

the "A" version of via's chipsets have always been the better of the two except in the case of the kt333 where they just skipped the intital release and went straight to the "A" version cause they knew the kt333 was nothing special. I would wait it out, via has proven over the years that they can be counted on (for their 2nd string products) and a dual channel solution with the memory performance they have shown us in the past may just give intel a run for its money!
